Once your final installment clears, request delivery. Your bar arrives in its original sealed assay case, shipped in discreet packaging with full transit insurance.
From vault to your hands.
Final installment clears
Once your sixth and final monthly payment processes, your bar is marked as fully paid. A delivery request button appears in your dashboard the same day.
You request delivery
Open your vault, select the bar, and tap Request delivery. Confirm your shipping address. We will send you a confirmation email within one hour.
We prepare and package
Your bar is retrieved from the vault, verified against its serial number, re-sealed in its original tamper-evident assay case, and packed in our discreet, unmarked outer packaging.
Insured courier dispatch
Your shipment is dispatched with a fully insured, tracked courier. You receive a tracking number by email. Transit insurance covers full replacement value from departure to your door.
Signature and receipt
Delivery requires a signature from the account holder or an authorized person at the registered address. Once signed, ownership is fully transferred and the vault record is closed.

Delivery conditions
Physical delivery is only available once all installment payments have cleared in full. Partial payment does not qualify for delivery.
Delivery is available to addresses within the country of your registered account. International delivery is not currently available. We are working to expand this.
If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the courier will attempt redelivery on the next business day. After two failed attempts, the shipment is returned to the vault and a new delivery must be requested.
